Quotes (from this video)
- These crackers spend most of their episodes talking about everything but board games
- The thing that really sold us both on this game it's the resource management
- Oh crap I sat there for an hour getting through the rules
- This is very much a tactical game Tony which I found out and I stick it tactical games it's about positioning your squads and in in good places to defend and in case some enemy moves into a crystal zone then you can move into a crystal zone and actually do battle against each other
- The really neat mechanic that I liked was the three different colors of the workers you had the black the gray and the white and you don't get those gray and white until you go raiding later in the game
- I highly recommend the expansion Hall of Heroes because typically when you draw cards in the base game it's a blind draw you don't know what you're gonna get with the expansion you have three of them out that you can pick from
- The app works well I was surprised how well the app works because there's also a time when you can just do a check you could say hey is this color part of the the pattern and you type in it tells you whether it is or not
- I really enjoyed this Marty I was really surprised at just the fiddle enos of playing with the coins and moving them in and out
- I love it's a it's a tactical board game with cards and minis I get to paint my minis
