And you are watching Board Gaming Ramblings.
And today we're doing a sponsored play through of Schlock, B Movie Magnet. Oh no, it's a B movie time. It's a B movie time. This has a cool theme. I really This is a theme I like because I really enjoy the the B horror movies from the 80s. This is also more like you can see maybe in the back here it's like the Creature from the Blue Lagoon or yeah, I think it's blue black lagoon, I don't remember. Creature from the black lagoon. Yellow lagoon.
That's very That's like almost 100 years old now, so this might be like more of that era. The black and white B horror movies. There was a lot of them in that time and also a huge part of the 80s horror movie scene is the B movies. So today we are making our B movies and trying to be the best movie maker. Yeah. Yay. It's a drafting game where we are playing in turn order. Two players. You're going to be the first player. So what you're going to do is that you're going to choose a place. You're going to take all the tiles there. The tiles will be the title of your movies. You will place them over here or over there. The audiences will go directly into one of the cinemas depending on where you drop them from.
So these three is going to have a specific cinema and these will go in the cinema with the lowest amount of audience members. We are going to do that two times. That's going to be one round then we're going to place out new tiles and after we have been here and got the tiles, if you have enough tiles and you want to, you can place them sorted in a specific way following the rules into one of your cinemas to try to make a cool title but also a title that scores you points. The earlier you do this, the more bonus points you are going to get. When the third movie of one player is finished, that's going to end the game. It's it's of a race as well. You can't wait too long for things if the other players are stressing out to make those movies. And then you're going to score points for having the same a kind of theme. So, you have sci-fi theme, you have I think this might be horror, and you have western.
That makes sense. Those are like the big B movie themes. And also have some extreme, which is the Joker basically. There are some rules. I hope it's not the Joker.

Yeah. So, you also have some symbols on these which dictates where they can be placed. So, for example, you see some are grey, some are more whitish. You can only play one of them together and you have need to have one of these bridge tiles to change from the white to grey or grey to white. Also, you have some where it says like this has to be before the villain. You have others that needs to be like before the location, some that needs to be after the villain, and some that will have to be either at the beginning or the end. I will point out all those out when they arrive. Mhm. And I think that is basically what we need to see before we start playing. Let's do it.
Which means you are going to be the first player and we're going to try to make some cool movies and also get some points because points is good. If you like points like us, you can subscribe.
