hello graduates it's Stella from mle University and this is Stella's short and sweet preview for scrap [Music] Poots ladies and gentlemen and robots alike welcome to robot junkyard battle arena everyone has a chance of winning got some scraps left over from building your washing machine why don't you put them to good use build some robots that will fight for you for some Glory like this one cardboard Brawlers 2.2 po hello that's right if cardboard PRS 2.2 can then everyone can come on register right here the game plays two players with mechanics such as deck building card jewel and re Source management the game is of light to medium complexity scrapb is a c dual battle game set in a post apocalyptic world where you build your deck of robots and gadgets get your robots to attack to give your opponent damage or malfunction cards and trying to win by having fewer malfunction cards in your deck than your opponent you start at 10 with cards in hand initially four although that will change l later you start with building pH play robots from your hand to empty lenses or upgrade to a better robot you can also play an attach a gadget to a robot or upgrade it then your main face discard cards to gain energy activate abilities and spend energy to attack with your scrap BS pay the energy and attack with this much power this scrapbo on the same column it'll just take all the damage and will be broken if it receives hits up to or above its life if there's no scrap BS then your opponent will receive malfunction cards that's what you want as many as the amount of damage to their discard wo but there's a Twist I'll come back to it then scrap F when you discard all broken robots and gadgets and left of a cards from hand and scrap bits the currency unit to gain better robots what do you mean better robot I meant uh different robots uh need to help you fight you [Music] know okay got to be careful with that one they a bit sensitive and need some love at times you spend scrap bits to buy robots and gadgets as many as you can afford to your hand then draw back to four cards turn then go to the next player having male fun function cards is how you lose but it's not always bad if you draw malfunction cards in your hand of four you discard those cards and draw two cards per malale function cards you discard it's like your robot specific action gain a boost of cards you can use and discard for scrap bits or energy so T go back and forth until malfunction card deck is empty and the player who has the fewest malfunction card is the king of the junkyard and yes uh that's a good thing receive all the glory and wins malfunction detected B too much damage b b b b b well if your robot is damaged you still get something out of it scrap it but that means that the lane where it used to be is open for your opponent to attack so you can time your robot right to have an empty column to send the damage straight to the player not the robot the male functions make for a very interesting pacing damaging your opponent will speed them up since the Mal functions let you draw more CS in over drive it also helps to give you extra energy unit to power the stronger robot attacks setting you up for the decisive blow so timing your attacks right is key so scrapbo battle enthusiasts do you yes you have the Ingenuity and tactics to best your opponent and become the scrapbo Champions sir thanks for watching folks check out scrapbot project page I'll put the link in the description below the components featured in this video are prototype so rules and artwork are not final you would help us by like the video subscribe and hit the bell and comments below if you have any questions I also share my board games Journey on Instagram and our other YouTube channel Meo University shorts and live hopefully I will see you there too see you next time pop no actual robot was actually H in the making of this video I'm okay
