Description

Battle for Moscow is a 2-player game that was included in the August 2018 issue of Gakken Historical Images Magazine. The game was designed by Masahiro Yamazaki.

The game Battle for Moscow is a simple 2-player simulation of Operation Typhoon. The game is a typical hex-and-counter/CRT type with no step losses. It is suitable for beginners.

The magazine also included the game Battle of the Bugle--a solitaire game, also designed by Yamazaki. The map for it is on the opposite side of the Bulge. Counters for both games are on the same sheet, and the rules for each game are found in the same rulebook.
