Description

Noch mal so gut! is a roll and write dice game in the Noch mal! family, adding further rules and possibilities of the popular predecessor. New elements include a seventh dice that can be chosen instead of the other ones (and a row and extra scoring for these dice) with new elements included on this dice - like a bomb (cross 4 fields anywhere), a heart (if crossed, it brings bonuses for completed columns), two stars (cross two stars anywhere) etc. Another new element is the rows also being scored besides columns.

Quotes (from this video)
  • This is probably one of the most unique roll and writes I think I've ever played.
  • It's got a lot of challenging things in it and it's not a simple roll and write.
  • You're taking tiles out of this central area, you're drafting tiles, and then you're placing those tiles into your grid on your paper.
  • And then the scoring is based on sets of symbols.
  • It uses very minimal components, just a pencil and paper.
  • We're doing a giveaway.
  • We'll be talking about the two games that we're being we'll be giving away actually today so if you're looking to win a copy of silver and gold or sonara then make sure you comment down below and check out our other videos to get even more.

Quotes (from this video)
  • All right, everybody. I want to tell you about a new print and play that is ala Robinson Crusoe or Seventh Continent.
  • It's a little bit hardier, but is in a pretty small package for what it provides.
  • Now, you are trying to brave the cold a lot of the title bravery and you are facing obstacles and hazards and challenges while trying to set a fire to keep the temperature from hurting you, which is your health.
  • So, let me just show you what's in this game because again, it really packs a punch for its size.
  • The really cool thing about the action cards in this game is that they come in groups of three because there are three different types of uh locations.
  • So, that means that this modular game has a ton of replayability.
  • So, I'm going to choose my path. I am going to start here and go up to uh fall tree.
  • So, these are your action cards right here. And I'm going to show you another sheet. Now again, these come in groups of three. You'll see dead tree, Christmas tree, fall tree. So, that's one group, another group, and another group. And these are in sheets. And the really easy way to do this when you're playing is you don't have to um shuffle up your uh sheets like you could just leave them printed out like this, and then simply roll a D6, and you're going through your cards in a particular order that is like you shuffled them up, and you're just flipping one over randomly.
  • So, I roll. I got a five. I'm going to roll another die. I do like that. So, I'm going to keep that and now I'm going to add to that. This is a test. And I got a two. I would like to receive I would like to get to nine. So, I'm going to re-roll this and I hope I get a four. And I got a two again. So, I can essentially use my dice again. Now, I know I'm going to have some test coming up here, um but I really would like to get this thing. I would like to have this test. And the thing about the test is that I can cover the test willingly with missing stamina. So, if I go over or if I go under, I'm allowed to kind of say I'd like to use some stamina. So, I exert two more stamina so that I can reach from seven to nine, and then I gain one of these markers.
  • So, lighting a fire, which is temporary, um allows you to then do the other actions if you have them, but is really, really helpful.
  • Ton to like here. I've got the link in the description below. You can check out the Kickstarter. Check out the entire campaign. Go and look at the, uh, you know, the the PDFs, the docs. I really showed you pretty much everything that is in, um, this particular game, but a nice, complex solo experience in a really, really small package.
  • All right, everybody. I'll see you later. Bye.
