Mechanics (from transcript analysis)
- Hand Management — you do have a minuscule bit of control with how you order your own discard piles do you want to create clean runs do you want to have kind of random numbers so you can dip and dive into all the different piles
- Set Collection — You can only play them in numerical order... there are four different discard piles going on at the same time
- shedding — as you are trying to get through this huge stack of cards that is in front of you as well as all the other players have their own little stacks um and basically what you're doing is that you are collecting cards and you are creating different discard piles and what you're trying to do essentially is you trying to um again shed these cards

Quotes (from this video)
- This is where I take a look at the last five new to me board games that I've played and I rank and review them in order of preference
- This is exactly the kind of card game that I want in my collection
- it's just kind of does what it should do perfectly and I was thoroughly impressed with Rat Jack and I'm definitely one of the uh surprises well definitely going to be a candidate for surprise of the Year this early in January
