Description
From publisher blurb:
Umber Valley is a supplement for Index Card RPG - Vigilante City, created by RUNEHAMMER GAMES. Users should already know how to play ICRPG, or at least have the free Quickstart Guide and the ICRPG Vigilante City book.
This supplement uses the same rules as ICRPG Vigilante City, but adds more Powers, Hero ideas, and options for extending the game into a supers Campaign. Included is a whole new city map of Umber Valley, which can be laid directly south of the Grey Heights map from Vigilante City, creating one larger map. Umber Valley comes with eight districts, a few gangs, and roll tables of events ranging from petty crime to world-ending schemes.
