- It's like, I I I I like milk you know I mean I I can drink cre soda is not like milk it's cream something different I don't know it's taste I wouldn't I think the cream of the cream soda is a misnomer it is not nothing like cream well fair enough but I don't like or vanilla it's more vanilla yeah and I'm not I'm not a big like people say oh D Coke and vanilla or you know Vanilla Coke and I'm not
- When you have a toddler you know and they they're not pie trained I could smell he'd had an accident and he was upset and he started he's like and he was like yo daddy daddy and I was like okay just give me a second you know food's coming soon then we'll race home get you cleaned up you know take care of everything and and you know like two minutes turned into five like 5 minutes turned into like 7 8 9 10 minutes and he's just now beside himself
- This is like a big disappointment so disappointed because all the early side all the a a lot of content creators this is a kind of a problem the content creators were just Gaga over this game right and I was like oh my God it looks so good doesn't it look like from the graphics and the art style and the lot it's packed with content it's like each scenario like each book it's called is like what two inches thick of cards of like boards to play through and it's sort of like the the map is interesting you lay
- the moment that you're saying my Paladin goes and checks out the well it's like you're not you're not role playing then you're just you're just moving your character you're you're so you're making a move and so then if you get into that habit then when you speak to people like like your mannerisms at the table can be interpreted as like your character that you're playing
- man I just had no fun with that game I do not understand that game like it's got promise yeah has interesting things huh but the game just sort of makes you not want to play it
- the rules are not well done unfortunately they're really rough and uh and I assume that's from a translation issue
- the story that it creates is basically the game the the player agency is low though okay yeah it's not that in depth with that kind of stuff you you you shoot you hope for the best yeah yeah and you roll dice and that's it right
- no box full of cardboard plastic and wood will ever be able to compete with that
- the moment that there it it it pulls them out of their character all of a sudden now I'm tell you're telling them what you did yeah you're telling them what you did so you just so if yeah you can still convey a message to them but you never like do a verb for them
- the ratio of Good To Mediocre is yeah not as good as you want it to be
- Patrick mes is just he's just he just knows how to win yeah somehow he does

Quotes (from this video)
- I love sci-fi. That is that is a good theme for me.
- it has um like seven modules whereas like SETI only has five, which is only a difference of two, but it's that that's so much more replay-ability because all the permutations of five different options versus seven different options. Like seven gives you so many more. So I just feel like base has a lot more replayability.
- I also recommend Hot Streak which came out. that's a fun light light betting game. if you like Camel Up, it's like the next step. And uh to me it's way more fun than Camel Up.
- and the gang, the gang is like a classic uh like new new party game classic. Um, we'll we can pull it out and have fun like at any time.
- it was a Gricola because um, besides the farming theme and also teaching me worker placement, it was probably the first worker placement game I played.
- there's just so much replay-ability in that box. Um, that you'll never see the same game twice or even close to the same game twice.
- Agricola has so much tension.
- Agria is just like such such a game that was like ahead of its time. It's still better than like 99.9% of the games that come out these days.
- if you're interested in like dungeon crawlers, uh, Gloom Haven is my favorite.
- treat it as an experience and not a game kind of situation.
- what Vantage taught me is like uh doesn't like the game in in that sort of game, it doesn't have to be like balanced to be fun, you know? It doesn't have to be like um super scripted or super strategic. If the story is interesting, then people who love stories will still love the game.
- board games is such a great place to like reconnect with friends and family and people you care about. So, um, keep gaming, keep buying games and I'll keep making them. And thank you all so much for the support.

Quotes (from this video)
- Yeah, dude. I was uh on on a side note, I was uh watching an old interview with the woman that did uh Who Wants to be a Bill a millionaire. Like there was Regis who did it, then the woman who took over after him. She was interviewing Tim Curry uh and was talking about how like he's very seductive about like with like his being a villain and stuff that it's like, man, if you were the devil and you were talking to me, it's like I I'd go with you. And I was listening to him talk and I was like, damn, he really does have a sexy voice.
- I I pretty much take what PubMed gives me and I'm like, well, that's the algorithm.
- Um, and the and the more of those citizens you have on top of each other, um, the more powerful their action gets.
- So, it has that follow mechanism. Okay. So, which I always like kind of because it keeps everybody engaged, right?
- This game's kind of an anomaly nowadays just because of the amount of content you get for the price you pay.
- This is a nonverbal cooperative uh game kind of like the crew but it's not tricktaking where you as a group are trying to diffuse wires um based off of the mission.
- This game is very very challenging. It is. Uh but it's so quick to play that once you lose, you're like, 'Okay, reset.'
- It's It's kind of an anomaly, but it's a really really good one. One to definitely break out during a game day.

Quotes (from this video)
- Yesterday, when I was young, my name is Marty.
- High school was harder.
- Well, at least they're not rutdding and all that other fun stuff and trying to hit your car cuz they do that.
- You bow before no one, you have no heart.
- So, that is a lot of different resources to track and build a deck a deck around for this game to where it feels like most of your cards are doing nothing but generating resources to take actions, which is fine, but it's just so different than so many deck building games.
- If I cannot control what cards are in my deck through purchasing or culling, I'm not as big a fan of it.
- This is basically a set collection game, you're trying to collect certain types of campers and icons together to generate victory points.
- The production in this game is absolutely amazing.
- I love games that give me a process to follow. I love my flowcharts.
- The afterlife does add a whole new twist to this game.
- The decisions you have to make of which seven cards you're going to keep for the best score.
- For a game I waited eight years on, the weight and the hype I had for it did not match the level of excitement I got out of it.
- My only hope is they have a chance to do Metroid Prime 5 because Retro Studios came out and said, 'By the way, uh, we picked up this game from another company that started Metroid Prime 4.'
