Idols Clash is a strategic card game that combines building and deduction elements with the pleasure of collecting fanart illustrations inspired by the K-Pop imaginary.
The game is designed for 2-4 players for a duration of 30 minutes and is suitable for an audience over 14 as it tackles the severe and extremely important issues of mental health, burn out and exploitation of competition among young people in the K-Pop Industry. The game comes with trigger warnings about these topics.
It ranks among statistical games as the element of luck affects some actions (such as direct clashes between players that occur through the roll of dice and random distribution of cards). It is rebalanced through the adaptation of game strategies based on the placement of players on the board game and the goals to reach.
