Imperial Eagles: Air War in the Pacific 1941-43

Volume VI in GMT's Down in Flames World War II air combat card game system and the series' return to the Pacific. A stand-alone game recreating air battles of the first two years of the war between Japan and the Western Allies, with 65 aircraft models on full-colour cards. Each side plays a functionally identical Action card deck to fly multi-turn Missions; fighters operate as Elements of a Leader and a Wingman. Modes range from two-to-eight-player Dogfights to historical Campaigns, four reworked 1942 carrier battles, and one solitaire campaign recreating the Doolittle Raid.
