Goons Board Game - Stella's Short and Sweet

hi graduates it's stella from nipple university and this is stella short and sweet for goods from all or none games word on the street is joining villains wacky schemes is the easy thing to do right now so i'm gonna start my henchwoman business for the cash and glory the game plays two to four players with mechanics such as tall placement area control and push your luck the game is of medium complexity so you want to be the best one for the job well in goons players are competing to have the most points by joining local villain schemes have fashionable gears ooh which one do i like best not this one and go hustling the game goes for 3 rounds where in each round players have 5 turns each in a two-player game or four otherwise each action is done by taking a cube from the main board putting it on your own player board and the color of the cube you take and the color you cover on your board dictates what two actions she can do then 10 goes to the next player clockwise till everyone's out of 10 and the round things happen where you get most points you can start taking cubes from corner location then orthogonal adjacent ones and so on except the black ones they are just there to block you once you take the cube based on the color you can gain more energy tokens getting some quick cash buy item or move a cube's location on the main board each one of the four colors alternatively lets you put up to two of your energy tokens on corresponding villain and mostly this is the area control and around points things player with the most tokens usually get to choose the bonus first and what you want most is usually points things like getting points based on how many squares of that color uncovered on the main board and that player's player board the next round begins and you'll reveal the next scheme cards and at the end of third round scoring game ends and player with the most points wins this game is really interactive you can potentially block other player by taking the right cube and everyone's playboard has limited color they can activate you go from top to bottom each action and start again from the top for the next round in the game i like collecting the items not only they're worth points but they are pretty useful things like gaining ones off energy tokens playing your energy tokens from main supply to villain directly and letting you put up to 3 energy tokens in an action there are 6 villains so you can choose randomly what schemes you want to use in a game it has different style giving more variety to each game like blind razor here lets you push your luck getting the right tokens out of the bag kid random lets you get bonus based on dice roll result and lady da monday rewards a auction off based on the number of energy tokens you have on the scheme and so on it also feels there's a good escalation at the end with more colors uncovered from the main board and points awarded for the highest player on each hustle track game also comes with colorblind friendly tokens that replace the color cubes i can't think of anything quite like this game can you so thanks for watching folks check out goons and its new expansions project page i'll put the link in the description below you would help us by like the video subscribe and hit the bell and comment below if you find this video useful i also share my board games journey on instagram so hopefully i will see you there too see you in my next videos
