Welcome to one of the best local friendly game stores that I've ever seen. This is a board game store that really ticked multiple boxes. Of course, yes, there's a focus on board games. They had an entire shelf of games with a variety of classics including Stefen Feld games as well as some of the more modern games.
They had an entire shelf of smallbox games ranging from Sashi and Sashi games including some of Daryl Charles or games smallbox games. The range here is quite diverse. You have the buttonshy wallet games all the way to some really big box games like Tend and Vital Lerta games. This is a game store which requires multiple visits to really comb through some of the hidden gems inside.
I love how each shelf features particular games and they also had a massive discount board game shelf as well with lots to choose from. In addition to this, they have an entire two-player board game section as well as a whole area dedicated to RPGs and not just fifth edition Dungeons and Dragons, but some really rare paperback RPG games as well, which really, really was impressive.
I had to pick up a few. This is a board game store that has a really rustic vibe to it, cuz on the other side of the store is an entire bar. Yes, you can hire out some really premium quality tables as well as borrow any of these games on this massive shelf that spans an entire wall. It's a great place to just sit at a bar, have your favorite drink, or play one of your favorite Euro games.
Yes, that's a B barrel you can see under there. Not going to lie, this was five stars.
