We are the Buzzmer. Today at the game house we are playing the adventure store. The store of adventure. The store of adventure. Yes. This is a uh tricktaking deck building game uh from inside games who are sponsoring this playthrough.

We'd appreciate that. This is a game where we are going to be doing trick taking. Uh if you win a trick, you get money. Uh you're going to be trying to get money each round to then spend on buying better uh cards and different cards with different abilities and stuff. That's where the kind of deck building aspect comes in. There's also a bit of trimming your deck
uh as you try to win these trials because if you have the most money each round, you gain points.
So, you need to kind of build and customize what you're doing to get as many points as possible. So, what we're going to do is we're going to show you an overview of how this game is going to work. And then we're going to hop right into a three-player play. In the adventure store, players will be engaging in trials, fighting for coin, then going to the shop to improve their kit for future trials as they try to score as many points as possible. This is a trick- takingaking game, and during each trick, called a fight, each player will play a one number card. You can also play an augment card as well. This is a mustf follow suit game. So if someone leaves with fists, all players must play the matching suit if able. Once each player has played a card, the player who played the highest card of the lead suit wins the trick and gains half a crown. Unlike normal trick takers here, each player has their own deck which begins identical. And after a trick resolves, each player places their played cards into their discard pile. The goal is to earn as much money as you can during the trial. After all, but one player has used all their cards, the trial ends. Now players count their money, and the points are earned based on who has the most. The points available are determined by the current trial. Now, it's time to shop. Here, players will take turns spending their money buying cards from the lower shelf of the adventure store. These cards give higher value cards in the three suits.
Cards that will augment other cards, allow you to trash cards, and give greater flexibility in future trials. If you wish, the player who came in last during the previous renown phase can spend all their money and take one item from the shop. After shopping is concluded, they will also be able to set a suit as the trump suit, which makes it more powerful than the other suits. If when you start your turn, one of the spaces of the lower shelf is empty, you must choose a new item to bring to the lower shelves, making it available for purchase. In addition to simply trying to win as many tricks as possible, certain augment cards will allow you to draw more cards, trash cards out of the game, or in the case of Eldress's Gambit, lose the trick, but still earn half a crown. A player can attempt to not earn any money at all in a round, and if they succeed and earn the last trick, they can steal first place points. After the fifth trial, the shop closes and it's now up to players to earn as much money as they can each round to score points with the deck they have constructed. After eight trials, players will look to the endame objective and the winner score points and then the player with the most points wins.

Yes. Vill. So, uh the trump suit will be now the brains of the brains as is played. Then we got the
grimjaw hammer jaw war hammer is just the the fist suit but a 10 which is much higher than the six we start with.
Elemental staff.
Yep. This can be anything between one and five. So you can decide.
Yep.
This is an augment card. You lose three to your value but it's the scrying orb. So you draw three cards. You may discard any of them. So that's kind of sick.
It's pretty sweet.
Um uhex codeex may discard up to two cards from your hands. Again, especially you want to short change yourself with a certain suit. the brains that
hype of nightmares.
Hype of nightmares. Just a high brains card.
Just eight brains. Uh then we got the uh
I just like this eyeball dice.
Gamblers's amulet which is a minus five augment. If you win this trick, gain an extra $5. So if you're like you play big
or you know the only person with that or something like that, you're like I'll play a one technically of d. So these are the ones we have available to us. So again, these won't come down until this is empty. But we have the eye of the sear. Draw two cards. You must trash one of them.
Oh, that's
kind of good. But also, what if they're both good ones?
Good early game. A scary later game, but it's a plus two to your value.
Arcade Cataclysm. We have kind of the scroll suit right here. It's just a tenor tener.
Just sets off a nuke.

So, it's a five of brains. And if Trump was a brains, Trump changes to no trump.
There's no Trump for the rest of the sort of the ante
unless somebody else plays another thing. Uh, and then we got another Eldress's Gambit,
which we start with one in our deck of those.
So, you basically white flag, I'm out of this uh this trick, but you gain $5 immediately. So, it's like you won.
You can always play that. Even if you had the lead suit, you could always play an Eldress's gambit. So,
right. And if somebody else uh leads with this, then the next player gets determined. And then if everybody plays with it, then that just means the player Yeah. Everybody's getting $5. Everybody's losing. And the person who led keeps leading. Sure.
There you go.
Uh and then we have the uh Ashvall charm, which is a minus one augment and may trash one card from your hand. Indeed.
Uh then I guess let's go over our player powers as well.
Sure. So I'm the painter. So I have creative liberties. Once per round, I may combo strike with any card regardless of suit. So normally if you're combo striking, the card you're playing uh to add to your value has to be the same suit. But once round, I can break that and play any card.
Nice. Um, so I am just borrowing.

Uh, at the start of each round, I may take any card from the lower shelf and put it into my hand. Uh, once discarded, uh, return it to its original location. So, I can basically just borrow a card and then after I've used it, it goes back to the shop.
