and we're continuing with our Gen Con coverage I'm here at spell forge games there you go that's the t-shirt right there I'm with Larry and Larry will give us a quick overview of for hunters but first of all are you enjoying your con yeah it's pretty good man it's been pretty busy so far it's not not too bad you know a lot of those driving I think Friday I'll be tomorrow tomorrow's gotta be crazy too we're trying to review copies for this game but he told me to come by Sunday cuz they're running real low so let's check it out right give us a quick overview so it's a co-op fantasy deck building game so everyone takes the role of a different hero they're all playing collectively against an evil foe each hero is both thematically a mechanical unique so they have a different starting deck most declan games you have a static starting back for every player so in this deck in this game everyone has a different deck so that dictates how the character plays so the paladin itself is maybe more defensive his cards are more reactive they do prevent damage things like that yeah the necromancer he doesn't really get anything you know get in get in the dirt himself he summons undead allies and keeps turning them out bringing them back so another difference between most equipping games is you don't spend cars to buy cards in this game so instead of discarding four cards to buy a card every hero has experience pool so they accumulate experiences interact with cards the foe plays the foe itself whenever this guy dies for example the whole party gets its XP value so not just the person that killed

it when you when you want to buy a card you just deduct the cost and experience from your experience pool and then you put the card right in your hands so you can play the turn you buy up and there's also card affinities using experience as currency that's really awesome it represents leveling up get more you still have the limited options but you're limited actions but you know you have more options available yeah yeah and there's six heroes in the game three foes a varying difficulty varying complexity plays in 60 to 90 minutes if you're familiar with the game maybe 3045 there's a two-player balanced foe card so specifically for two players and it plays one to six players you can play solo with the two-player variants so hopefully we'll have the review copy for you we're gonna check on Sunday and see if if we got it we'll see if we gotta do hopefully didn't sell it all out and we'll get that to you coming real soon subscribe now to our channel to stay in the loop if you like our work help us continue by sharing the channel to your gaming team thanks for watching and happy gaming
