If you are a cat person, then I've got some news for you. Pink Hawk Games is releasing two cat games coming soon. Good Kitties is a cooperative game where you have to work together to accomplish missions and avoid the dog and mice. You set out a number of objectives you all need to finish together. One thing I love is that all the furniture is literally raised up tiles. So cool. You'll play cards on your turn to move around the house and take actions. For instance, if you have all three of these items in the same location and you take the build action, you can build the camera. But the dog and mice will also take turns. Mice will scurry around and try to steal tokens. And if they get enough tokens, they win the game and you lose. But you can also fight mice and put them in mouse jail. The dog will be running around barking at you and scaring you. The mice and dog will level up throughout the game, but so will you by getting new cool cards. If you can accomplish all the objectives, you win.
Good Kitty scales really well in difficulty. You can make it fairly easy if you're playing with kids or very, very challenging if you're playing with a group of adults. And there's also multiple missions to play through. The other game is Super Chunk. This is a quick card game with lots of player interaction. There are a number of bowls in play with kibble tokens around them. Each player chooses a card from their hand and on the count of meow meow meow, they place a card at one of the bowls. If you go by yourself, take that many ingredients. If you go with someone else and you play the same number card, you bonk heads and nobody gets anything. But if you go with someone else and you play different number cards, the bowl is crowded and you each take an additional kibble token starting with the lowest number played. If the bowl is empty, whoever played the highest number takes the bowl card. You play through a number of bowls, count your kibble tokens, and whoever has the most symbols wins. Both of these games come to crowdfunding
