Laserox Gloomhaven - Enchance your gaming!

[Music] hi everyone it's Tyrant I'm Stella from Maple University today is very special day to show you a very special thing so this is a product that is going to Kickstarter by laserox yes and this is some upgraded components to enhance your gloomhaven playing experience so I'm going to show you a few bits and pieces the map so let's get to it because I'm very excited for this one yes so we'll just say up the front this isn't a storage solution this is a gameplay solution and it's a gameplay enhancement and um and deluxification so luxification love it and it's all wooden so this is all uh laser cut wood types of products and we'll start with this beautiful map yes so we have we can Fisher the one with Gloom heaven but they certainly have other things as well that is similar with other games yes we'll link the the product that's the side to the description of this video so you can check it out yes so starting here here we have the uh the gloomhaven map I can only uh show it in three dimensions here to show how they've got uh the rivers and the Seas and so on but now I'll put it overhead because it looks uh better from overhead how does it compare to the original Gloom Urban map let's have a look so this uh you can see it is the map here it's got all the uh the locations where your scenarios are going to be here is the original Ward as you can see there that is very um this is the color palette so you can see it's kind of like I wouldn't say plain but just in this part like old style old style you can see we've played played a long way through our camera oh this is amazing so this is lace rocks the one that did this product look at this all this 3D things that are in it you can obviously this is wood you can still stick the sticker and it's almost like you can play another campaign from the start indeed and this of course it's a great it's a great centerpiece it's it's really well put together are they putting it on the wall not just in the game box yeah exactly it can be that sort of centerpiece it's got the Gloom Haven inset there as before um only thing to notice it doesn't have the prosperity bar and the uh the banners bar but the other one is you'll have to keep track of those separately but yeah beautiful map here from laser rocks so what else do we have Tara okay another a smaller enhancement that we've got here is an upgrade to the round and element board so this is what we've got here this is what comes with the original game for tracking the uh the strength of the elements as well as the rounds this is the laser Ox component here you can see it's uh it's got these nice icons for for strong there's big and bold down so waning and these tokens will slip into here oh and then you just just slide it like that yes so now you can accidentally forget to change the elements in style [Laughter] we always forget the chance [Music] it's really nice bits here and then a little round counter as well uh that you can use to count the rounds down the side okay this is really beautifully made and I think this is still prototype though but look at this can hear it yes all right next a little clink of wood yeah so those are the those are the uh the attractive components but now we've got the really functional one to come so here we have I think this is the this is the main event here as lovely as the map is this is really the uh this is the organizational Center behind your game so this um all these pieces here these represent a full dashboard that you would need to play a game of gloomhaven as a as a single character so there's all these little bits here with appropriate slots for weapons little secrets uh secret pockets in here and uh they're all they all have inset magnets so you can click these together in whatever configuration you're looking for really there's five main parts so you've got this one here this is your token token bag so I'll just start show this up here it has a a slot here if you want to keep your tokens separate perfect yep it's like here then you've got your weapons chest lots of individual slots here for large and small cards you've got the main dashboard for your character which goes here in the middle there you go you've got a deck box here yeah let's not cover that with my character deck box here you've got a set of active card trays here this is really cool these slide forward and back give you a place to display cards which are still in play or it folds up neatly that is the the core of the dashboard then you've got these couple bits that hang off the back so this one is kind of a this one is a rack here you can put it and you can put these in any order or you can uh you can slide them around so these ones here they can go in various points this can go here or it can go over here I'll put that here this is the recommended setup and finally we have the wooden dial oh so this is the upgrade from the normal health and experience Style this one slots in here like so you're like you said that that was at the functional thing this is this is clearly a replacement as well but also because you can see it and you can also use it if you're using uh this is also the right sort of size as a mobile phone so if you're using a gloomhaven app to keep track of things you can also slot that in there as a Face-Off display so put the phone there let me just there you go very good so that is that is the core of this uh the dashboard that comes with leather laser ox's Supply Here magically appeared that's um that's yours and this is mine yes oh this actually Clips together not that we want to have it together that's true so yes in true there's one we prepared earlier fashion let's set that up and let's start to put some characters in let's do that uh the so the core of it here uh the initiative board this is yes for your character so that's is it like so and these little square spaces here um oh no one immobilized that is so neat I'm poisoned I know you're poisoned it well done you're strong I'm gonna give bad ones on you and then good so uh that's that's the main display there then you've got slots here for your uh your draw deck and your throw decks so all right so I'm the uh the scoundrel here I've got my uh nine card deck that goes under here so this is my main draw deck uh any cards that I have discarded they go down here in the throw deck there's a separate section here for your lost Deck cards that you've lost that you can't use again and then these two slots here you've got at the start of your turn place for your initiative card and a place for your other card so you've got a spot to pick the two cards that you've chosen reveal that for its initiative and reveal that and take your actions so good space is there for the cards we've got a little spot here for all of my mini tokens and various tokens this is just a general token storage and as mentioned before this one here is for the active cards so cards that stay in play I can put there I can be tracking with the tokens and if I've got multiple cards to keep track of [Music] um just trying to reach around your one oh yeah sorry yeah so yeah nice face up display there to uh to keep track of all of those this one here is very simple this is the loot module like so Lo Loop that I've been collecting through the uh campaign through the scenario scenario all goes there okay this one here this is the weapons module inventory so here's all my inventory uh you can slot them up like so and they've got multiple notches so you can flip them down if they've been tapped over or um or if you need to take them out this is the combat section here so all of your combat modifier cards they will Shuffle Up and slot in there and then as you play them yeah upside down surely like so this is your discard discard pile there combat and discard so all uh highly in a really nice visible location here as well you can really see what you're drawing and really keep track of it you've got space for the things you don't take in so this one here with the bag on it it's called your backpack and you can only take a certain number of items into a scenario so the ones you don't take you store under here there's more storage under here as we show so what it says on there character summons standees so you could use that to store your summons for example and we'll just use it as general storage it's a nice little spot but yeah even more little places to hide things there we have it that is the core of it it's got It's really got spaces for everything you can see everything at a glance really well set up for playing a game Glenhaven it really is kind of like bring your level the next level your gaming experience to the next level with these ones and saving space as well indeed and if if drinks are allowed at your gaming table there's also a character customized uh cork based coaster here it doesn't click to the side and then it sits there um this isn't my scanner one this is a spell Weaver but uh There You Go characters I can even put a teapot here yes there we go so all right I don't know they still need to of course not knock it over but yeah it uh of course yeah the the question of uh drinks at the table is always a controversial one but uh with with this at least partially goes to solvent it's kind of like makes you want to play on a table that you can take drinks and then you will just put it there and we don't have the extra gaming table that has got a lip Honda on the outside with things to get put on we're not really I think that's not really suitable for our filming usage but you know oh this is really cute cute cool and cute cool so there we have it that is the and uh laser rocks will of course send with some glue as well so some of this needs to be assembled the finished product the production product will be after the kickstarter so this is definitely kind of like prototype that looks already really good yes they again they have a few other things from other games so I think they have Frost Heaven as well and that's among other things that they are bringing out through that Kickstarter indeed so there we have it we've seen the uh the lovely wooden map uh three-dimensional wooden map we've seen the replacement for the element board and the player dashboard um all here to really enhance and organize your glue
