Quotes (from this video)
- "The idea that I had for this game was like pretty much all in there"
- "What if the nuclear test in July of 45 the first one it was they mentioned it in Oppenheimer obviously that's kind of the point of the movie um what if that did actually set the atmosphere on fire"
- "The whole idea of the tanks and all that kind of stuff and then Vince was like oh well actually I grew up where where the majority of the tanks for you know the Sherman tanks were made"
- "This game is basically the the the people that are you know in the story of the game are the people who live around Lima which I thought was Lima but it's Lima evidently"
- "The more pages you add the more of that creep from the middle section that comes and so you have to be kind of cognizant of that"
- "It's not about a game being supported people just want more content for a game they enjoy"
- "The whole concept of anybody ever making a tournament out of one of our games is weird"
- "The benefit is is that like when we launched rain in Hell we had people who reached out who were like I really want to support you but I don't like demons"
- "The reason you have a Discord channel for like we reason we do it is so people go there and go hey uh this is confusing"
- "The game is about tanks fighting tanks I guess but I think that that his I don't know this I haven't looked but just from what I've known of watching some of bills work I'm assuming the tanks are all scratch built out of like beads and pop cans and stuff like that or whatever"
- "The source for inspiration was probably a mini game post apocalyptic after testing the bomb during World War II it actually burned off huge portions of the atmosphere as some folks feared and now all that's left to fight are tanks"

Quotes (from this video)
- Games Workshop makes the best models in the world but who cares if the prices are too high and they're sold out all the time
- The warning is about price and tipping points
- Games Workshop is putting their entire product line into a position of diminishing returns for their customers
- As long as people continue to buy products especially luxury products like wargaming Miniatures then the prices will continue to at least stay the same and potentially rise
- There is something known as a Tipping Point and I wonder how soon before we see it really start to take effect here
- The world seems to be pressing against Games Workshops Tipping Point more than ever before in their history
- You as the player/ buyer have all the agency you want to play one company's game with another company's models you totally can no one can stop you

Mechanics (from transcript analysis)
- Solo/Co-op — The game is not solo or co-op, primarily because it was designed to be very short and fit within a small page count. Adding solo rules would significantly increase its length and complexity.

Quotes (from this video)
- I think their current list building is trash in my opinion
- why is it war cry can be just fine and be a fine game when you can take whatever the heck you want as long as it comes up to a thousand points you need a leader and then everybody else but like you can't do that in Kill team
- The 2017 version is vastly superior
- when I was very disappointed when the original uh necrom 2017 came out because it did not have rules for three-dimensional play and it was just designed to be played on that board that came in the box
- I love the concept of necromunda I have no interest in playing it because it is so so super in-depth and also spread all over the place in multiple books
- Kill team is not an intro game to 40K it is only easier to get into because the model count
- people in general that struggle to wrap their head around the line of sight rules
- if you're a company that big cool Min is pretty big and if you're going to have a big huge giant game found Kickstarter whatever you're going to do and then you're going to be like yeah but if you want it in Australia it's going to cost as much as the game costs to get it shipped there
- The benefit to monopose is that you can make a more Dynamic sculpt you can make them doing something really cool but the problem is if you need six of them then it's six guys doing the exact same cool thing and then it becomes less cool
- The new version of kill team is based off of war cry so that doesn't make any sense either
- it's a cool game it's a very cool game
- It's better than anything else The Games Workshop puts out easily as far as any kind of on like their app or any kind of jazz like that

Quotes (from this video)
- I don't not every game needs to have deep lore Some people just want to play fun games Some people want to take the lore from game a and bring it into a game B where they like the rules better
- lore is interchangeable so you know one of my favorite games out there is space weirdos it has literally no lore it's fine I make up lore on the Fly
- I like the fact that they're giving you options to play with the models you already have without having to go through and go geez I don't know what are they trying to get a point like what is this again you're like well these guys are supposed to be tyranids oh well it didn't come across as tyranids or whatever I have a whole bunch of tyranids and so I should use this
- the rules are generic not the lore
- Are they officially model agnostic I mean sure yeah you can use whatever ever models you want I mean to be fair every game is officially model agnostic even if they don't say it is it is
- I just don't like moving them in a chunk I like being able to move them separately I don't like that that just here's a thing and the the type of play where it's like well this part has to wheel over and do this and then then you're attacking from a flank
- rivenstone is the game that you're talking about
- the problem is this well it's not the problem here's the most recent answer they still haven't produced the stuff yet but the most recent email I got from them which I think was in July was them saying another company is basically buying the game from us and they will do the production and the the Fulfillment

Quotes (from this video)
- This game was a real fight to the finish line.
- I really enjoy the mini agnostic aspect of these games such a great idea.
- We wanted to make it so that instead of having the game upload on like let say May 1st with trying to get it launched at you know May 24 or whatever we would like to upload the game before Adepticon so that we have plenty of space in there a lot more wiggle room.
- The problem is also you can't make a book two more pages you can make a book four more pages at least in the system that we're using because if you think about it any given like if you're like oh just make the make the book one page longer well you can't just put one page into a book because what about the other side of the page that's technically two pages right.
- We need to build an audience of people who are interested in tabletop gaming and of the type that you're interested in making games for and then eventually you can be like hey that was not our plan.
- The Skirmish PVP mode in Death Wizards feels more thematically right than the last two games their strong points were definitely campaign mode this game is equally strong both ways.
- You start out with seven rating worth of minions so you could go with with seven zombies if you wanted to or you could take a Revenant who's rating two and then five zombies or you know whatever however that combination is going that's basically how you do it.
- If you have a good idea and then you're like doing something else and then you forget about it it's really annoying when you forget a good idea.
