My Favorite Game I Played Today - Dice Tower East 2026 Day 3

0:07 Hey everybody, welcome back to Dice Tower East. This is the best game I played it today. So, what are the best games at this the final day? We're almost done. We're about to do our final show and then we'll go to bed. Also, fireworks are going off. Let's Let's get started. Talk about some good games. Here we go.

0:25 All right, my favorite game of the day today is Bookworm. This is actually at the demo table. This is a game that is all about organizing your books. It's getting the genres together, the colors together, alphabetizing, and then, you know, adding cute little trinkets and stuff to your shelf. Anyways, this was a lot of fun. Super cozy. I enjoyed just kind of the relaxed atmosphere of it.

0:46 Saturday, the last full day at the con. Mike Delisio here checking in with the favorite game of the day. Favorite game of today is Dino Garden. Boom! I've been trying to play this all week. Finally got it in at the end here. We're actually not done. I'm done. They're going to do final scoring while I run to the top 10 here in just a second. First impression of the three garden games, I think this one's the most complex, although it's still not complex terribly. Um good first impression. Mariana, first impression?

1:13 Uh fun to play. Not I'm not overly complicated and there's a lot going on for those gamers who need a little bit more.

1:20 Yeah, hey. All right, said it better than me. Mark, try to beat that.

1:24 I'm not going to be able to beat that, but I really enjoyed my my play. It's awesome.

1:28 And we're all saying this because we haven't figured out the final score yet. Here's the winner, Trey. What do you think?

1:35 Stegosauruses are in the game.

1:37 All right. Well, he's happy just with that and he also crushed us and we haven't even looked at the score, but we know he crushed us. All right, there you go.

1:42 My favorite game that I played today is a new one that we're showing off from the hot games room, Final Fight. This is from Richard Garfield and Christian Kudahl who did Mindbug and it has a lot of that same zaniness, like crazy big powers, dice rolling to see just kind of what happens. Played with these jokers over here.

1:59 So fun.

2:00 James, how did we do?

2:01 Absolutely I did awful, but the characters are brilliant. I loved it.

2:05 That's awesome. Now, Kurt, you wiped the floor with us. It's supposed to be like, you know, three titans enter, one leaves, and then yours never left, you never lost.

2:16 highly strategic game. The best player always wins.

2:21 I had such a great time with it, and that was my favorite game of the day.

2:23 All right, so the best game I played today just whooped my butt. We were playing Diego and I were playing We were playing Marvel Champions that he just picked up, by the way. Look at that. Look at that pristine copy of this game. Ooh. And we went up against Klaw. You were playing Drax. What did you think of Drax?

2:41 Great. Cannot take really well.

2:43 Yeah, he's a he's a big hit hitter. Uh and then I played Rocket Raccoon. Rocket Raccoon can die like nobody's business. He's so good at dying. He's barely able to survive.

2:54 Uh but we lost to this right here. Still, the game was great. Tension, highs and lows, super super good. Uh that's it. That's That's the best game today, and of course, how can it not be? It's my favorite game. That's Marvel Champions.

3:08 Okay, so the My favorite game I played today was Escape from Aliens in Outer Space.

3:16 And why is that?

3:17 And these look like normal people, but some are aliens. And the humans Yeah, I killed one alien. That alien He human alien, then he died. And these guys He died as a human.

3:32 I escaped.

3:33 And you left your friend on the ship. Yes. So, that was my favorite game I played today, Escape from Aliens in Outer Space.

3:41 All right, so for me today the best game was Space Base.

3:45 Now, I know I play Space Base a lot, so this is not necessarily a surprise, but I like Space Base. Uh it is uh I've been playing it. My goal was to win with the I win card. I hate Mike so much. But my goal was to win with the I win card that cost 150 gold. I didn't even come close with that card. So, meh. In fact, I didn't even win even remotely. I got 19 points out of 40. But it still was a lot of fun. Well, this is the end of our best games we played at Dice Tower Con.
