2/26/26 Auction Update Live

0:02 Let's see if this even works. Let me turn this down a little bit. How you doing everybody? Boy, am I I did I change everything that I was supposed to change in here? Probably not. Hold on. I drive myself stream auction. Okay. All right, that seems right. All right, I'm live. Uh, let me pull this up. Let me look at this. Okay, [clears throat] that seems to be working. That seems to be working.

0:48 There are just small wonders. So, a couple things. I want to update the um auction that ends this Sunday and talk about some things real quick uh that you're going to be seeing a lot of a lot of changes uh starting with covers and stuff like that. Um my son taught me how to use AI. Now I'm an old fart. I can care, you know, I I don't know anything about anything, but you know, they try to stay with the Joneses, I guess, in a way. You know, you know, why should you lose out? And on this video here, I just made a thumbnail from AI and it looked pretty good. And then I did one for a review that you'll see tomorrow. And I'm going to replace all my thumbnails with AI stuff. I think I'm going to redesign because now it's given me the ability to redesign things.

1:54 And I know people have a hard on for for AI, but hey, Zabick, thank you for the 10 bucks, my brother. I know people have a hard on for uh he's always been such a good dude. People have a real hard on for AI and I don't care if it looks nice. I don't care. I get freaked out when I see videos of of, you know, a girl or a guy or something and they look so real until you look at the background and it starts glitching a little bit. Um, and I thought it would be a problem, but I really deep in my heart don't care if it helps me. I like I don't understand how to use I'm too old to learn how to use all these editing tools and all this other stuff and make certain things. Um I'm I'm just going to change everything and [clears throat] I want to make things look more professional. I said, you know, we got the okay from uh Cox Cable. They're going to be coming in very soon. Anywhere from 30 to 45 days.

3:01 Okay. I'm getting things where I want it to to be. I've got all all these reviews I'm doing. I'm getting great stuff from great people. Um, Cloudspire, I just got uh all the upgrades from from Chip Theory Games. I love those people. Uh, GMT has always been great to me. I've just got some new stuff from them. Uh, Trading Card Market, you know how much I love them. They just sent me Riftbound, which I'm really fascinated over because this is this is like the hot game. So, I'm going to take a look at it and I'm going to we're going to talk about it and I'm kind of excited about it. Um, they also sent me another box of Hole Live, which we'll do a nice video of. I I keep on waiting to try to get one of those really great cards. And then uh I got a box of Riftbound. We got Godzilla coming. More Godzilla. So I'm going to do another box opening of Godzilla. We just did World of Tanks. Um we got the Infernal Machine uh that we're going to be taking a look at the upgrade kit for Mr. President 2.

4:15 And while we're kind of getting my feet underneath me and redesigning things and making things more professional, I am going to, you know, try to use this AI thing to try to help bridge the gap in the stuff I don't know. Okay, I don't know how to re redesign my site. Okay. And it seems to show because I've been doing a better job with things and my subscriptions have gone up. They've gone up almost like 400 people this month, which is unheard of. And I'm I'm pretty happy about it. You know, just going to keep on the the course. Everybody knows I'm I'm getting back to where I used to be and that's really good. Um, so I'm really happy with where I'm going and I'm hoping by the time the summer comes, we'll really be able to do some some really fun things and spend some time together like we used to every evening. We'll see how it goes.

5:18 Uh, we got this auction going on. I I've got to clear out a bunch of stuff. Um, we've got no bids on the comics. It's over 600 bucks worth of comics. a whole comic box. Um, people that bid on them. Zick, thank you for the 10 bucks. You're a good bro. Thank you. I really appreciate that. Uh, we got that coming. Uh, I I mean, we got that. More shorts on cows and dogs coming, too. Yeah, I I do them every single day. Uh, yesterday we went to go see the Maple Leafs. Uh, they got killed. Um, they're just not good this year. But it was fun. Me and my daughter had a great time. We had so much fun. Uh, we love going to hockey games. Always an enemy territory. But you know something? I'll say something about the Tampa Bay Lightning. What a classy organization.

6:07 Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful rink. Uh, it's one of the finest rinks I've ever been to. It's on the water. Um, it has just this wonderful Florida feel to it. You know, it's very inviting. and more people should go to hockey games down there and and and and see a very very very good team. Uh they are very good. Um but we were happy that you know they came down only once this year. Uh that was yesterday. Usually it's twice because they're rivals, but um this year it was only once because the Olympics, but next year we'll we'll go to both games. Uh I got something really cool. I'll show you really quick before I go over the auction real quick. Um, while I was there and I got have my wife do it is we went to last year's game and I didn't get a chance to get them because of what was going on. But every every year that we go, we get pucks and you know it always says Tampa Tampa Bay, you know, versus uh the Toronto Maple Leafs. And on on the back, what we do is we write the date, the game, the score, you know, and she has one and she gets one and we both keep those as a little collection, which is really cool. So, I've just got to get the silver magic

7:38 marker and have my wife do the writing because she has nice handwriting. And then I got two more for last year's. And what we have is puck holders. And we in in both of our houses, she lives down the hill. And what we're going to do is just have a nice little collection of all the pucks from each year that we've gone. So, when I'm dead and gone, you know, she's got something to remember. and all the games we went to. So, for me and her, it is a very special thing to do. So, there you go. Uh, I'm so happy to be getting seismic soon. What's that? Uh, awesome. How many pucks do you got? We got quite a few. Um, God, I ought to count them. I'll count them.

8:31 I'll let you know, Zeb. All right. So, let's go over this auction real quick and I'll just tell you some of the things that I'm doing. Have you played Gumdom Assembled yet? It's not available anywhere around for me. Uh, Seismic 2026, an objective based game of massive disaster and epic science fiction. Where is is that a Kickstarter Sabck? Do I need to bring that in to review? I know I want to get the Gundam uh thing. I've got We just [clears throat] start I just put base coats on on some of the Gundams that I put together. Um and I'm waiting for that game to come out. It's supposed to come out soon. So hopefully uh you know we'll get a chance to check it out. I'm looking forward to the Gunding game, that's for sure. Um all right, so the comics have no bids on it. That's lot number one. The war g the war games the wargaming lot which is just a massive lot of of great games. Uh, and that is impossible to find. What is League of Legends going for? Speaking of which, wonder if I should just keep that

12:00 gen board game. Let's find out. Uh, mechs and minions. All right. So, what's this this thing going for? Shopping. Oh, here we go. I said board game. Someone's selling it for 12 or $1,300. That's unpainted. Pre-owned $500. Okay. [snorts] And what else? Let me see if I can find any more. Oh, there's another one. 500 bucks.

12:45 That's not even painted. Is there an expansion pack for it? No. Huh. I didn't realize how much that thing was. Okay, whatever. Uh, let's see. So, that has no bids. Uh, the final lot, uh, Niroshima Hex Corolus. Uh, my dog there, uh, really hooked me up. He he bid 250 to help us with that one. and I really appreciate it. Uh, so let me take a look at this. It'll be pretty early and then uh we will just get this all packed up and get it out to you on Monday because uh you'll get uh you'll get a le letter from me probably Monday morning if you pay real quick. I usually get the stuff out Monday and you get it real quick. I mean super quick. Uh we we really take care of you. So uh yeah. Um, any bids, please just uh get them in.

14:46 Like I said, the huge uh huge huge comic box with omni buses and all other good things in it. Um, no bids. The huge war game lot, which usually anywhere from $400 to $500 worth of war games, no bids. Kinfire 150. That whole thing, Kinfire Council with the upgrade and the expansion. Uh, Agimmonia F 150, which I think it that's it could do a little better. Galaxy Defender with all that great stuff and everything. It's sealed stuff, too. Um, and tons of expansions. Uh, that has no bids. Arcadia Quest painted to perfection. Um, here I'll even show you some since we're live, you guys. Just I'm just going to show you the base game.

15:42 Put that over there. Stay there. Stay there. Damn it. Damn it. Unpunched, too. Unpunched. I don't know, peeps. I don't know what's in here. Okay.

16:11 All right, there. Another dude. I don't know how good you can see it on this cheapo camera. Look at my dog hair. Look at my dog hair. Really? That's only worth 150 bucks. Okay. Okay, let's go to the big monsters here.

16:50 Let's go through the enemies. I only took a couple out. Look at my dogs. Look at my dogs. Really?

17:14 That's all. That's $150. You're basically telling me that the paint job isn't worth paying for. That's what you're telling me. This paint job sucks. So, let's not Let's not uh let's not bid on this properly. And the other one, the the beyond the grave is painted too. Painted as well. Hold on. Come on, dude. Get in there. What is the malfunction? Okay, let's do. All right. Okay. Put my arm my handle is good.

18:00 when my hand was good. [snorts] Yeah, this this sucks. Ah, all three games I give you 150 bucks. Smack right in the face. [snorts] That's all. Okay. Gee, maybe I should keep this. This will be a collector's item one day when I'm dead and gone. Hey, that Rob Warren painted this. Oh, I had to I'll bed it up. My kids will sell all my anyways. Rotten Bratz.

18:47 Campaign book. I mean, everything untouched. I was saving it for my grandkids. I just don't think I don't know with them. They're strange kids. What can I tell you? Oh, you want to see that one? Okay, I'll show you that one. Let's look at this. Oh, this was Dice Tower approved. I guess we should go get it cuz that means a lot. I threw one in here. Medusa. I mean, she was an extra character. What do we got? Beyond the grave. down the grave.

19:38 Yeah, this guy sucks. Poor paint job. You were the zip code guy. I was wondering I go, "Oh, what am I supposed to do here, man? It really doesn't tell me much. Look at that thing.

20:11 Yep. Would be especially with Sean probably never producing it again. That's correct. There you go. What do you think of that? Huh? Zic I'll sell it to you for 150. You're my boy. You're my boy. Blue. What's in here? Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Yeah. These are these are done so poorly. Huh. Yeah. Okay. 150 bucks.

21:03 All right. Now, I'm looking at this. I'm thinking maybe I should keep it. All right. That goes in there. This girl can go in there. It's an extra figure. Even Medusa there. Close that up.

21:42 There are a couple copies of Mech Versus Minion for 100 bucks on BG painted. All right. Well, then then go go get them. I'll keep it. No big deal. [panting and crying] This is probably all screwed up. Mine's painted. Mine's painted, bro. All right. uh already have quest but will do have to code dear paint job. Thanks.

22:28 I'm just I'm just being silly. All right, so let me just run this down one last time. Comics nothing. War games nothing. Kinfire 150. Ageimonia 150. Galaxy Defender with the two big expansions and the three small expansions. No bids. Arcadia Quest 150. Kingdom Death Monster 210. Video Game Lot. L Grand, thank you for taking that massive box. Uh that is at 200. League of Legends, no bids. And then Niroshima, uh uh and a bunch of other games that I put together. Um, and then uh some role playing stuff and everything that's at 250. So there you go. There's your update for the um finger bomber there. Um I hope you like the new uh I hope you like the new uh wish I had room to bid. I've sold a few that haven't got to the table.

23:38 that got table love. Look at you working, kid. Look at you working. Um, there was something else. Oh, yeah. I talked about the AI stuff. Yeah, it seems since Wait till you see tomorrow's um uh whatchamacallit. Uh, tomorrow I did a a really nice um thumbnail and uh really looks great. So, I'm excited. I'm excited with what what I'm trying to do and how I'm trying to do things and how I'm trying to improve the channel and stuff. So, you know, we'll see. It's starting to show more people are coming back and that makes me happy. But uh make sure question. You had a copy of OrQ Quest? Uh I I sent it out. I sent it out. Somebody somebody uh purchased it.

24:40 Um yeah, I think I did. Yeah, it's not there anymore. Um, [snorts] I've got a few things that I'm on the fence with, but I'm just trying to make room because I'm trying to condense things to what I want to do going forward for the next couple years. And and if I do that, I think it's going to be it's going to be a lot of fun. I'm going to have a good time. Um, uh, let's see. Uh, yeah, more people showing up, more people watching. So, I'm I'm pretty happy about that. Um, just going to keep being myself and uh, you know, like I said, I'm going to step away from uh the board game community as a whole and just just concentrate on on games and have fun and stuff and comics and all that other stuff that that I like to cover. Collectible card games and and more or less just games, just playing games and and have having a lot of fun.

25:44 So, that's what we're going to try to do. And, uh, I'm looking forward to it. Uh, I think it's time to go eat. And then I have to go play Plants Versus Zombies Garden Warfare 2 with my grandson, uh, his newest obsession. So, we're going to go do that. And, uh, we'll be back here on Sunday. I hope you guys like all the new uh, uh, thumbnails and stuff like that and the games that we're looking at. We're Monday. We got LA1 from Richard Lonius. Really cool. I think you'll like that. And uh there you go. I think I covered everything. Um Oh, we're going to be doing Cloud Spire, which I love that game. I'm really looking forward to getting it out. It should be fun. Gen Con this year? No, I'm I'm done with conventions. I'm done with that whole scene. Um, I think it's toxic. I think it's stupid.

26:47 It's it's it's more it's more guys out there trying to get exposure for their channel than it's just people playing games and having fun the way it used to be in the old days. Um, now these the, you know, everybody has a channel. So, it's it's I just Yes. uh GMT, some older stuff, uh a lot of stuff in shrink wrap. Really, really good stuff. Christopher, make sure you email Nova Prime860hotmail.com. Uh make sure you put down how much you're going to bid and then your address, which is really important. Yeah, 100%. Not not here for a long time. Here is a good time. Yeah, it sure is. I I I mean, I really believe that.

27:38 and and um I really got I I I I think it showed the growth of the channel over the last month that I'm really kind of um kind of turning things around a bit. Sam bid 150 for the Galaxy Defender. Thank you, Sam. I just saw that come across my screen. Galaxy 150 Sam, thank you my brother. But uh I I think the most important thing is um I think the only con I think I would go to is next year's Tantrum Con because Richard and my friend Pete are going to be there and we're going to try to make that a yearly thing. So I think I'm going to try to do that. Rob, do you know I can get printed material that Little Monk makes? Uh just go to Little Monk.

28:33 Um, he has a YouTube channel. He'll give you the address. I know I can print at home, but the stuff you have is high quality. Yeah, it sure is. Um, there is I I believe there's a website, Little Monk WHQ, and you can download the files. I believe I I I think Brian, my boy Brian got it. my dog Brian. I got Earthquest in an auction from Rob. See, there you go. And it was brand new, pristine, right, my brother. I take good care of you. [snorts] Um, I tried to at least. Uh, are you still working with your friend designing that game you spoke about about years ago?

29:20 No, I just He doesn't have time. I don't have time. Um, I still have it on the back burner, but I'll be honest with you. Who has time? who has time, you know? I'm just trying to I'm trying to get things organized here and and in the right direction. So, let's see what see what happens. All right. All right, my dear friends. I'm going to get going. I'm going to go eat and then go play Garden Warfare with my grandson. He loves that game. All the plants killing zombies makes him happy. What can I tell you? Still waiting for the mozzarella cheese making with your wife. Yeah. Yeah, we were doing that. We keep on making that.

30:07 Who else wants to see more live for AD and D 100? Yeah, I plan on doing that, bro. Uh just getting everything in in in a line and then you watch. They're all going to fall like dominoes. Hope to catch you out of con sometime and get a game in. I hope so, too. you know, um I think if uh all these board game people grow up, maybe maybe people will start really coming back and caring again. We'll see. All right, my dear friends. I love you all. I hope you all have a good evening. We'll see you on Sunday morning when the auction ends. Uh remember, get those bids in and uh we'll take good care of you. That's for sure.
